At sanduba brazilian BBQ, we specialise in Brazilian charcoal BBQ, serving fast, high-quality street-style to the Adelaide community. From local markets, to private catering and large-scale events, sanduba is built to deliver great food and fast service.
After more than 10 years working as a chef, our founder realised he wanted to build something of his own. Not a big restaurant or a complicated menu, just honest food he could be proud of.
Growing up in Brazil, barbecues were never just about the meat. They were about family, friends and spending time together. That’s the feeling he wanted to bring with him.
At Sanduba, we keep everything simple. Quality meat cooked over charcoal and fresh ingredients. Flavours that remind us of home.
We don’t believe food needs to be complicated to be memorable. If it’s made with care and served with pride, that’s enough.
