Sanduba opened its doors in March 2013 offering a wide range of healthy, nutritious and sometimes indulgent food, as well as some great coffee. We care for good, honest, natural and flavour packed ingredients.
Wherever possible we source sustainable produce, while we do our very best to provide a consciously responsible offering, striking a balance with fair trade & ethical suppliers whilst purchasing as locally as possible.
Several years on and our ethos remains the same. We love simple, delicious, flavour packed food, served by happy staff who take great pride in their work. We have built on our strong foundations by continuing to improve, adapt and evolve. Through sourcing better ingredients and products, partnering with small businesses, suppliers and local producers who share the same values and creating a fun yet efficient team environment that is always welcoming for customers.
Our industry is people driven and as such, is more reactive than most to the world we live in. Sanduba has risen to meet several challenges over the years but none greater than the challenge which the current COVID-19 climate presents. However, we do like a challenge at Sanduba. We are using this time to change and grow, so we can adapt to remain a relevant service and source of quality products for our customers and wider community.
As of May 2020 we have taken Sanduba online for Sydney Catering & Events. Our hope is that this will allow for us to retain staff, to keep supporting a wonderful group of suppliers & partners that are also small businesses, to continue to support amazing charities such as OzHarvest that feed the homeless and those in need and to allow us to deliver delicious food & beverage all over the Sydney CBD.
